The College Exposure Initiative (Hosted by the Undergraduate Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.)

Mission

The mission of The College Exposure Initiative is to inspire, prepare, and empower high school students to pursue higher education by providing direct exposure to college environments, fostering mentorship with undergraduate men of Omega Psi Phi, and equipping students with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in their academic journeys.

Vision

Our vision is to create a future where every student, regardless of background, has the opportunity, guidance, and resources to envision themselves as college graduates. Through meaningful connections, mentorship, and experiential learning, we aim to cultivate the next generation of leaders who embody scholarship, perseverance, and uplift.

Program Overview

The College Exposure Initiative offers high school students the unique opportunity to experience college life firsthand through guided campus visits, student-to-student mentorship, and engaging workshops. Hosted by the Undergraduate Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., this program serves as a bridge between high school and higher education, demystifying the college application process while exposing students to the academic, cultural, and social dimensions of university life.

Participants will tour campuses, interact with current college students, and attend sessions on topics such as admissions, financial aid, time management, and leadership development. Beyond the tours, students will form lasting connections with mentors who reflect Omega Psi Phi’s Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.

By combining real-world exposure with mentorship and encouragement, The College Exposure Initiative helps students not only see college as an attainable goal, but also positions them to thrive as scholars, leaders, and change-makers in their communities.
